How do I make a purchase?
All purchases are made through my Etsy Shop. Click on a Design and it will redirect you to my Etsy Shop.
How do I receive my order after purchase?
Your files will be available to download once payment is confirmed. When your files are available for download, you will receive an email.
Where can I find my purchased products?
Sign in to Etsy.com and go to Your Account. Go to Purchases. Next to the order, select Download Files. This goes to the Downloads Page for all the files attached to your order.
What if I don't have an Etsy account?
If you purchase an instant digital download as a guest, you’ll find a link to download your files in the receipt email that will be sent to you after the purchase.
I can’t find my download notification email?
Check your spam or junk inbox. If you have an Etsy account, access the digital purchase in your account.
How do I unzip the files?
To unzip files on a Mac, simply double-click the .zip file, and the macOS Archive Utility will automatically extract the contents into a new folder in the same location as the original .zip file.
To unzip a file on a PC, right-click the ZIP file, select “Extract All…”, choose a destination folder, and click “Extract”.
Can I download my purchase again?
Yes, Select View your files on Etsy to be taken to the Purchased Section of your Etsy account to download files. It is important that you download and save your order in case the file you purchased is discontinued.
What programs do I need to use the graphics?
For my digital downloads, you will need design software that supports SVG, PNG and JPG files.
I want a refund or want to cancel my digital item.
All digital download design files purchased are final and cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged once downloaded. You are responsible for making sure you have the correct design software that supports SVG, PNG & JPG files and have the ability to unzip/extract the zip files your order will come in.
What is the difference between Basic Commercial License & Extended Commercial License?
The BASIC COMMERCIAL LICENSE gives you the right to use the purchased DESIGNS to create End Products for sale not exceeding more than 500 copies/sales.
The EXTENDED COMMERCIAL LICENSE allows you to use the DESIGNS purchased to create physical end products for multiple commercial projects. Up to 250,000 physical or end products for sale.
Can I share the file I purchased with family & friends?
Please see our TERMS AND CONDITIONS page for more detailed information on how our DESIGNS can be used. We would highly appreciate that you don’t share any files.
Can I use the graphics and sell them in items I make?
Yes, all of my DESIGNS come with the BASIC COMMERCIAL LICENSE included.
Patterns may not be used stand alone. They may be used as backgrounds that form part of a wider design; as an overlay; or to fill a specific area within your original design.
You must create an original design of your own, where the GRAPHICS/IMAGES & SVG DESIGNS cannot be extracted or edited/customized by a third party.
End Products for sale should not exceed more than 500 copies/sales. If you reach the 500 mark, you would need to upgrade to the EXTENDED COMMERCIAL LICENSE.
